Refund Policy
We want you to be sure before you pay. That is why Creator Vault AI gives you a free trial to test the product first. Because of that trial, paid purchases are generally final — with the clear, fair exceptions set out below. This page is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to purchases of LuxuryBlock digital products — desktop applications, licenses, and software subscriptions such as Creator Vault AI. These are digital goods delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.
2. Try before you buy — 15-day free trial
Creator Vault AI offers a 15-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the product before paying. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to confirm that the software works on your device and meets your needs before you purchase a license or subscription.
3. Paid purchases are generally final
Because a free trial is provided before payment, paid purchases, subscription payments, and license activations are generally non-refundable once the purchase is completed. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to evaluate the product during the free trial.
4. When we will issue a refund
We will review and, where valid, grant a refund in these cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same order.
- Billing error — an incorrect amount was charged, or you were charged in error.
- Verified technical issue — you cannot access or use the product because of a confirmed technical problem that our support team is unable to resolve.
- Required by law or platform rules — where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or by Lemon Squeezy platform rules.
5. When a refund will not be issued
Outside the cases above, we generally cannot offer a refund — for example where:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You forgot to cancel a subscription before it renewed.
- You have already activated or successfully used the license.
- The request follows excessive or substantial usage of the product.
- There is abuse, fraud, a chargeback threat, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
6. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not retroactively refund a payment that has already been made, except in the cases listed in section 4.
7. How purchases and disputes are handled
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, through their secure hosted checkout. Lemon Squeezy manages billing, invoices, applicable taxes, and payment records; this website itself does not process or store payment details. If you have a billing concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@luxuryblock.com so we can resolve it quickly — this is faster than filing a chargeback, and lets us correct genuine errors directly.
8. How to request a refund
Email support@luxuryblock.com with the email address used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy order or receipt number, and tell us which exception in section 4 applies. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy; it can then take a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
10. Changes to this policy
LuxuryBlock may update this Refund Policy as our products, checkout, and legal requirements mature. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
