01 · Current private-alpha workflow
What the website can describe as available now.
Availability is limited and build-specific. The official download page remains the source for the current version and platform status.
“Current” does not mean broad public stable release.
Choose folders or supported media
The local workflow starts from the user’s explicit selection and keeps originals in their source location during normal import.
Index and browse on the device
The app creates local working data—including database records, thumbnails, preview cache, and indexes—to support the library.
Search current local fields
Filename, media type, and available metadata search are distinct from the planned visual or natural-language AI search.
Preview supported files
Available image, video, and audio review paths depend on the installed build and supported formats.

Trust-breaking issues come before expansion.
Creator Vault AI Alpha stability remains the priority. Visual polish matters, but it cannot substitute for correct behavior, truthful status, and a dependable local workflow.

Fix regressions and verify real user paths before adding large new surfaces.
Product-truth alignment
Keep website claims synchronized with what the current App actually enables, disables, or labels Coming Soon.
Real product evidence
Replace illustrative compositions with verified screenshots only when safe, current, and free of private user data.

Continue testing navigation, keyboard order, reduced motion, narrow screens, and short desktop heights across the full site.
