Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, you agree to these basic terms. Product-specific terms may be added before public launch.

2. Use of the service

This website provides information about LuxuryBlock and Creator Vault AI, including official download guidance, Early Access upgrade links, support routing, and legal policies. The Creator Vault AI desktop app handles sign-in and membership inside the installed application. Windows Early Access is a US$9.99 one-time payment — not a subscription. This website does not host a web dashboard or store payment details; checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy on their hosted page.

3. Intellectual property

LuxuryBlock, Creator Vault AI, related names, copy, design assets, and product concepts belong to their respective owners.

4. Limitation of liability

This website is an early-stage informational website for LuxuryBlock and Creator Vault AI. Features, availability, pricing, and terms may change before public release. LuxuryBlock makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site.

5. Changes to terms

LuxuryBlock may update these terms as the product, website, and legal requirements mature.

6. Purchases, billing & refunds

When LuxuryBlock software is offered for sale, purchases are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, on their hosted checkout; this website itself does not process payments. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. For any billing, payment, or refund question, email support@luxuryblock.com.

7. Contact
